M&S RANGE
I’ve never looked at the makeup range in M&S. Autograph is their own brand I believe. From the photo above, you could tell which side has the powder. Looking at it, it does have a natural coverage however when applying with the puff included, it doesn’t look natural, more heavy and chalky. I do require concealer to cover the under eyes and any stubborn spots. The colour light/medium is perfect for me. It had evened up the skin and is more of a light to medium coverage depending on how you apply it but I do recommend using a powder brush to apply and buff as it gives better results.
I have tried using this alone and over foundation. For both, this didn’t do well in the keeping me shine free department. I was oily after a few hours. When applied onto the skin directly, the oils would eat up the powder. When applied on top of foundation to set it, the foundation started to smudge and transfer after the few hours. This isn’t clogged my pores or break me out. I find this is more on the expensive side especially since it didn’t work for me and have found cheaper alternatives that worked better.
The packaging is great, sturdy and has a mirror. Great for touch ups wherever yo are. This would be perfect to those who aren’t really oily or just tad and want a light coverage. Unfortunately this isn’t the one for me. Though this doesn’t deter me from trying out other products in their range.
Have you tried any of the makeup from Marks and Spencers?
PR sample. All views are my own.
Nope, I haven't tried any of their makeup items and I haven't even noticed that makeup is available here in the Philippines.
I seldom walk in to M&S, totally don't know they are selling cosmetics. XD

I haven't tried make-up from M&S. And it's only through you that I learned they have make-up. To be honest, I'll probably not try it and just continue my go to make up brands.
Thank you for your honest feedback and review!

The powder makes the face looks fresher and cleaner.
I have never tried tried make up from M&S, next time I go in there I will have to have a look.
I haven't tried their make-up yet, good tip on using a brush instead of the included puff. Good feedback!
